If you are a motorist who finds it difficult to fuel your own vehicle, Husky and Mohawk will provide full fuel service at the self-serve price at all stations that offer both full serve and self serve fuel.

Here are some frequently asked questions, and the answers.

Q: Can I purchase other products, like convenience store items or a coffee when I fill up with fuel?

A: Absolutely. Just let the Customer Service Representative know what you'd like, and he or she can bring it to you from the store. There is no charge for this service above the regular cost.

Q: Do I need to register in a program to take advantage of this special offer?

A: No enrollment is necessary -- all you need to do is display the placard (mirror tag) on your vehicle. However, when the Customer Service Representative arrives to fuel your vehicle, you may wish to let him or her know you are a motorist with disability requesting full serve at the self serve price -- they may not have seen your placard or license plate.

Q: Can I take advantage of this special service offer at all Husky and Mohawk stations?

A: It's available at many stations, but there are some locations that cannot participate in the program. For instance, many self serve facilities are operated by just one Customer Service Representative; during busy periods, that person cannot leave the store to fuel your vehicle. We are posting a special graphic at stations that offer full serve access for motorists with disabilities. Our recommendation is that you phone the station before your first visit to confirm they can provide full service; if they cannot, they'll be happy to recommend the nearest station that can help you. Or contact the Husky Customer Care Centre at 1-800-661-3835.

Q: Does it matter which fuelling lane I go into? In other words, should I pull up at the full serve pumps or the self serve pumps?

A: We recommend the full serve pumps because that way the Customer Service Representative is sure to come to you right away. If you go to the self serve island there may be some delay.
