There are three ways to enter:

• One automatic entry every time you make a purchase with your MyHusky Rewards MasterCard during the Contest Period. Cash advances, fees (including, without limitation, annual fees, NSF fees, over credit limit fees, etc.), interest charges, cheque transactions, balance transfers, automated banking machine transactions, and returns shall not be considered to be qualifying purchases. The following are also excluded from being eligible for entry: a) purchases made by an unauthorized user and b) purchases made with myHusky Rewards MasterCard cards which are stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered.
• One automatic entry for all new approved applications entered in the MasterCard System from February 1 to April 29, 2010 at 12:00 PM in Edmonton.

Contest Rules

Eligibility

This Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who (excluding Quebec), at the time of entry into the Contest, have attained the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and have complied with these Contest Rules. Employees, directors, agents or contractors of ATB Financial or its subsidiaries, and MasterCard International Inc., and those living in the same household are not eligible.

Contest Period

• "Contest Period" from 12:01a.m. February 1, 2010 to 11:59 p.m. April 30, 2010.

Participation

Your use of ATB Financial's services in completing a MasterCard transaction or your submission of a mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Contest and your consent for ATB Financial, or its agents to collect and use your name, address and other personal information for the purpose of administering this Contest, for directly marketing to you ATB Financial, and its subsidiaries, products and services (unless you have expressly opted out) and for other uses by ATB Financial, or its agents as permitted by law. ATB Financial is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, postage due, or mutilated entries or mail; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate entry information whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Contest, human processing error, or otherwise. ATB Financial reserves the right, in ATB Financials sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom ATB Financial believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Contest. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited.

Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded to ten (10) different winners, each consisting of a year of free fuel, to a maximum value of CAD $2500.00. Each grand prize will be credited to a new separate account myHusky Rewards MasterCard ("Account") which will include the grand prize face value. The credit amount will already be included with the card when the welcome package is received from ATB Financial. The credit to the Account will be limited only to purchases made in Canada including fuel and other merchandise and services at merchants with MasterCard merchant category codes identified as gas stations. Merchant category codes mean codes that help classify a merchant into the type of business they are in. Unless prohibited by law, ATB Financial reserves the right to cancel the Account if the outstanding balance is less than $20 or if the outstanding balance is unused by May 1, 2011.

Winner Selection

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. On or about May 31, 2010, a selected entrant will be selected in a random drawing at 12:00 PM in Edmonton, Alberta, from among all eligible entries received by ATB Financial whose decision will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Within the first two business days after the draw, ATB Financial will attempt to contact the selected entrant up to (3) three times during regular business hours by phone. If the contestant cannot be contacted during that time their prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be drawn. Once contacted the selected entrant must correctly answer an unaided, mathematical, time-limited, skill testing question to be administered by phone to win. Prize will be awarded to the primary account holder (where applicable) as determined by ATB Financial's records.

Miscellaneous Rules

1. No cash redemption or substitution of prize except by ATB Financial due to prize unavailability or eligibility of winner, and then for a prize of equal or greater value,
2. Any income taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are each winner's sole responsibility. Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release within 7 days of issuance of notification. If prize notification letter is returned as non-deliverable, or if phone number is not in-service or changed, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification,
3. ATB Financial reserves the right, in ATB Financial's sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or entrant, and to modify, terminate or suspend this Contest. ATB Financial is the sole and final arbitrator of any disputes regarding this Contest, any entry and/or any Official Rule or Eligibility Requirement,
4. All entries become the property of ATB Financial, and ATB Financial assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected entries or technical difficulties,
5. Entrants may be required to provide proof that they meet the requirements of the contest, and
6. If the selected entrant is a myHusky Rewards MasterCard account holder, their account must be in good standing at the time of selection to win.

Agreement, Consent and Release

By participating, entrants and winner(s) agree and consent;

1. to be bound by these Official Rules, and
2. that ATB Financial, and ATB Financials agents, shall have the rights and permission to use their name, amount of their purchases during the contest period, voice, city of residence, photograph and or/likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any other media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, or notification, and
3. that ATB Financial, and ATB Financials agents, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants and winner(s) for any liability, loss, injury, claim, or damage to themselves or any other person or entity, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to personal or real property, to entrant, winner(s) or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Contest.

Winners will be announced on or about May 31, 2010.
