Privacy Statement

Husky collects personal information about you when you create a myHusky.ca profile and when you enter contests available through either myHusky.ca or Husky and Mohawk retail locations. Personal information collected may include your name, telephone number, mailing and e-mail addresses, Canadian residency, whether you are over the age of 18 and, if applicable, information to confirm membership or affiliation with Husky's contest partners, such as association membership numbers. Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering contests, managing customer relationships, market research, developing and marketing our products and services and including you in promotional activities.

By creating your myHusky.ca profile and, if applicable, entering contests, you are granting Husky and its marketing agencies permission to contact you for the purposes set out above. If you no longer wish to receive such communications from Husky send your request for removal either by e-mail to customerservice@huskyenergy.com or in a self-addressed envelope by prepaid mail Attn: Customer Service Department, Husky Oil Marketing Company, a division of Husky Oil Limited, 707 - 8th Avenue SW, Box 6525 Stn. D, Calgary, Alberta T2P 3G7.

Your personal information will not be transferred or sold to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

A. if you give Husky permission to do so;
B. when permitted or required by law;
C. under the limited circumstances specifically described in this privacy statement and, if applicable, the official contest rules;
D. to Husky's affiliates, provided that such affiliates and their agents, advisors and employees are restricted from using the personal information for any purpose other than described in this privacy statement and, if applicable, the official contest rules; or
E. to Husky's agents, professional advisors and marketing agencies for the purpose of allowing them to provide goods or services to Husky, provided that such agents, professional advisors and marketing agencies are restricted from using the personal information for any purpose other than as described in this privacy statement and, if applicable, the official contest rules.

Husky may match aggregated, statistical use information to parameters established by third parties, without releasing any personal information. Husky may share aggregate information with trading partners, co-branded locations, participating sponsors and advertisers; however, this aggregated information will not contain personal information.

Husky endeavors to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to its operations so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your personal information.

Personal information will be retained by Husky for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and as required by applicable laws. Husky has records management protocols that outline the procedures for the retention and destruction of Husky records, including personal information.

Where permitted or required by law, Husky will allow you to access and review your personal information held by Husky. If you would like to edit your myHusky.ca profile, you can do so by logging into your myHusky.ca account.
